So, then...what is this already?


This is a little journal I decided to start to hold my personal translations and romanizations of various Jrock and Visual Kei things: magazine articles and interviews, lyrics, artist's journals, and yes, even video and audio clips.

I take requests!!
however, of course, you have to understand that as a human being, like everyone else, I have a life, and I have things going on, and I may not always do the requests as fast as they're wanted, or I may not be able to do them at all. But I love translating, especially if it's related to Visual Kei, and I will try my best! I'm nice, so ask me!

Ok, but how do I know you're any good?


Well, I have been studying Japanese for about 6 years, and I lived and studied abroad in Japan for about a year in '05, AND I passed JLPT Level 2. I am NOT fluent, however, I am pretty close (I say "fluen" 「ペラペラのペラペ」ぐらいに)
In addition to that, I've also done an internship at a Japanese record label while I was in Japan, where I did translations for them. I've been doing translations for years, and I feel like I've perfected it to an art.

DO NOT STEAL ANYTHING THAT I HAVE DONE!! Translations, romanizations, whatever... basically anything on this journal that is by me, is mine only and is here to be viewed by others. Copyright law says that anything WRITTEN is already copyrighted by the author. In other words, if you want to use it, distribute it, post it, etc. I expect to get either an e-mail or a posting about it on here or on my personal journal. I also expect that I will be credited, and that anyone asking to use my works will agree to do so.
